Pray Psalm 34...to the Bride

He loves this Psalm!

And He wants this prayed again…

He is bringing a word of encouragement and strength and love to His Bride…

Let us sh’ma… hear and receive of His word

He has had me expand the Hebrew… hear His heart and receive His love and encouragement and strength to go through any trial…

If He is for us, who can be against us?

At His instruction, we will be praying this powerful Psalm 34 again.

To all of His Bridal remnant who are facing such trials right now…

He is coming to natsal:

Psa 34:17  The righteous cried (‘tsa’aq’ – cry aloud, proclaim, cry out together) out, and YHWH heard (‘shema’ – hear intelligently, attentively, with discernment, and with resulting action), and delivered (‘natsal’ – snatched away, delivered, caused to escape) them out of all their distresses (‘tsarah’ – tightness, tribulation, trouble).

By the Root of David

About the Psalms

As you read the Psalms that David penned, it is evident that the heart of He Who was his Root  is speaking through these prophetic words.

Time and again we see our Priest and King and Messiah peering through the ‘lattice’ of His word.  For David had a ‘heart after YHWH’.

What does that mean?

His heart was yielded… fused… with His.

And His Ruach HaKodesh, His Spirit, would breathe upon David and rise up by He Who was the very Root of that yielded heart… and word and song  would join… would marry

Even as the ten strings is fitly joined with the harp…

Even as Ephrayim (ten strings) and Yehudah (the harp)  join in prayer upon the Heart and in the Hands of our Beloved Shepherd King

Praying the Psalms is a powerful sword and shield to all Yisrael

It is a place of the heart…

The heart that fuses with His through the Root…

and there it learns to war and intercede… righteously…

in our Righteous King

In Melek- Tsadoq

Tehillim/Psalm 34

Psa 34:1  I bless (‘barak’ – bless, kneel before) Aleph-Tav (each place you see ‘Aleph-Tav’, it is literally in the text) YHWH at all times; His praise (‘tehillah’ – praise, hymn, psalm) is continually (‘tamiyd’ – stretched out in a continuance, perpetual, constant) in my mouth (‘peh’ – the mouth, as the place of blowingout the breath).

Psa 34:2  My being (‘nephesh’ – very being, soul) makes its boast (‘halal’ - clear, shining celebratory praise) in YHWH; Let the humble (‘anav’ - humble, lowly, meek, poor, even the depressed) hear (‘shema’ – hear intelligently, attentively, with discernment, and with resulting obedience) and be glad (‘samach’ – brighten up, cheer up, rejoice).

Psa 34:3  Oh, make YHWH great (‘gadal’ – large, great, excellent… when we make Him ‘gadal’ through our praise, then our depression goes!) with me, and let us exalt (‘room’ – lift up, raise up) His Name (‘Shem’ – Name, but also His position, honor, authority and character)  together (‘yachad’ – as a unit… He is bringing together units in His Army of Light to exalt Him together for His purposes… and this will bring righteous unity, without compromise).

Psa 34:4  I sought (‘darash’ – tread frequently, following, seeking, asking, worshipping) Aleph Tav YHWH, and He answered (‘anah’ – paid attention, responded… He turns His face to those who tread frequently on the path of pursuing Him and knowing that He is the One Who has the answers!) me, and delivered (‘natsal’ – snatched away, delivered, caused to escape) me from all my fears (‘kol m’gurah’ – all, total, whole of… fright, fear).

Psa 34:5  They looked (‘nabat’ – scanned, looking at intently, regarding pleasure, favor or care) to Him and were lightened (‘nahar’ - cheerful, sparkle, like the sheen from a running stream… we actually saw this during worship before Scripture Study one week!  By the River of His Spirit a sparkling stream of worshipbegan to come… His River… for His Voice is as the sound of many waters… and the water of His Spirit in us… His Voice in us… began to emerge like so many waters, streams… worship by His Spirit and this beautiful running stream began to flow… and I saw Him walking amongst this beautiful stream and enjoying the gleaming, sparkle of the love of His people!  Even as we love the sound and sparkle of a river, so does our Beloved enjoy this river of love and worship… and this lightens us!  As we look to HIM.  Depression goes… fear goes… shame goes… insecurities go… rejection goes… love of Him rises… as we look to Him!), and their faces (‘paniym’ – face, also as in standing ‘before’… we are to have our faces turned toward Him… the face of Elohim) were not ashamed (‘chapher’ – ashamed, disappointed, brought to reproach, brought to confusion… this word also has ‘detection’ aspect to it… He is so transforming us as we look to Him alone, that we are changed in our faces, and no ‘chapher’ is even detected!  Instead, it is ‘nahar’ – LIGHT, even as Moshe’s face was changed… how much more through His Son, by His Spirit in us, turning to Him and beholding His GLORY!).

Psa 34:6  This poor one (‘aniy’ – depressed in circumtances, humble, needy… the ‘this’ is also personal… ‘this’ poor, pointing to oneself as being in great need) cried out (‘qara’ – crying out in such manner, that it accosts the One we are crying out to) and YHWH heard (‘sh’ma’ – heard fully with attention and with resulting action) him, and saved (‘yasha’ – a root of Yeshua’s name, meaning ‘to make open, wide and free, save, rescue, defend, deliver, make safe, preserve, avenge’) him out of all his distresses (‘tsarah’ – tightness, tribulation, trouble… when we cry out to Him, He hears and answers!  He is the only One Who will have the answers now, for time is becoming short.).

Psa 34:7  Messenger (‘Malak’ – Messenger, Priest, Teacher, Prophet, Ambassador, King, Host) YHWH encamps (‘chanah’ – pitches His tent, encamps, abides, dwells) all around (‘sabyib’ – encircles, environs, is a neighbor on every side… Malak YHWH encamps all around us like a good, faithful, INVINCIBLE neighbor all around!) those who fear (‘yare’ – morally, reverentially, fear) Him, and rescues (‘chalats’ – pulls out, causes to depart, strengthens, rescues)them (how important it is to reverentially fear Him!).

Psa 34:8  Oh, taste (‘ta’am’ – taste, perceive) and see that YHWH is good (‘tov’ – good, beautiful, bountiful, the best!); Blessed (‘esher’ – happy and blessed!) is the man that takes refuge (‘chasah’ – flees to for protection, with complete confidence) in Him!

Psa 34:9  Fear (‘yare’ – morally, reverentially, fear) Aleph Tav YHWH, you His set-apart ones (‘kadosh’ – sacred, moral, set-apart), for there is no lack (‘machsor’ – deficiency, impoverishment, need) to them who fear (‘yare’ – morally, reverentially, fear) Him!

Psa 34:10  Young lions have lacked and been hungry (‘roosh’ – have lack, need, impoverished… even a young lion, those that seem to have natural strength and ability and youth, will come to a place of lack without Him!); But those who seek (‘darash’ – tread frequently, following, seeking, asking, worshipping) YHWH lack (‘chaser’ – lack, or need) not any good (‘tov’ – good, beautiful, bountiful, the best…good!  For He IS good!) matter.

Psa 34:11  Come (‘halach’ – walk this way), you children (‘ben’ – sons, builders of the family name… those of The Name), listen (‘shema’ – hear intelligently, attentively, with discernment, and with resulting obedience) to me; Let me teach (‘lamad’ – goad, teach, instruct with the rod as incentive) you the fear (‘yirah’- fear, moral reverence) of YHWH.

Psa 34:12  Who is the man who desires (‘chaphets’ – delights in, desires) life (‘chai’ – alive, fresh and strong), who loves (‘ahav’ – has great affection for) many days (‘yom’ – ‘days’ is the only word here… who is it that has great ‘ahava’ for every ‘yom’ He gives us?), in order to see good (‘ra’ah tov’ – those who see Him Who is GOOD)?

Psa 34:13  Keep (‘natsar’ – guard, protect, maintain) your tongue from evil (‘ra’ah’ – bad, evil, distress, harm, misery, grief), and your lips from speaking deceit (‘mirmah’ – deceit, fraud). (be a truth-filled people that do not inflict harm)

Psa 34:14  Turn away (‘soor’ – turn off and turn away… what a word!  Turn off the tv… turn off the worldly influences that pour into homes… turn off and turn away from vile movies and games… turn off and turn away from wanting to harm another) from evil (‘rawaw’ – evil, vexing wickedness, noisome wrong, affliction as in bringing affliction and wrong to another, but also the evil in this world… turn off and turn away) and do good (‘tov’ – good, beautiful, bountiful, the best… He is good and let us be ambassadors of His goodness); Seek (‘baqash’ – search out as in worship, prayer, strive after) peace (‘shalom’ – wholeness, nothing missing, nothing broken), and pursue (‘radaph’ – run after earnestly, pursue) it.

Psa 34:15  The eyes (‘ayin’ – the fountain, well, pools of His eyes) of YHWH are on the righteous (‘tsadiq’ – righteous, just, lawful), and His ears (‘ozen’ – broad, hearing ear) unto their cry (‘shavah’ – crying... He hears the crying of His people… His eyes that intercede and weep are upon His Tsadoq priesthood, and His ears are attentive to those who ‘shavah’).

Psa 34:16  The face (‘paniym’ – face, which contains His eyes, nose, mouth… His very countenance and expression, sight and hearing) of YHWH is against evil-doers (‘rawaw’ – evil, wicked, wretched, those who afflict, distress, harm, hurt, trouble, vex), to cut off (‘karath’ – cut off, destroy, consume) their remembrance (‘zeker’ – remembrance, recollection… there will not even be a recollection… as He dries every tear and sorrow and sighing from the pressure of evil and those to perpetuate such, will be complete ‘karath’) from the earth (‘eretz’ – earth, land). (Today I listened to just a little bit of a video that had been sent to me, of a comedian/reporter railing against Perry… however, what shocked me, was that this person had pictures of ‘God’ from Michael Angelo’s famous paintings, and was calling Him by His true personal name YHWH… and mocking Him and His true NAME!  These times are shockingly vileand there is no fear of Him.  But His face is against the evil doers and they will be cut off and consumed.  It has been a mercy of His that for centuries His true Name was kept from the mouths of the evil on the earth.  But now the time has come for restoration and revealing.  The mockers and the haughty and proud will be hiding from the wrath of the Lamb… but there will be no place to run and no place to hide.  May He pour out His Spirit for a final harvest!  Only in Him will there be protection… the cleft of the Rock.)

Psa 34:17  The righteous cried out (‘tsa’aq’ – cry aloud, proclaim, cry out together), and YHWH heard (‘shema’ – hear intelligently, attentively, with discernment, and with resulting action), and delivered (‘natsal’ – snatched away, delivered, caused to escape) them out of all their distresses. (‘tsarah’ – tightness, tribulation, trouble… when we cry out to Him, He hears and answers!  He is the only One Who will have the answers now, for time is becoming short.  Hang on a little longer Beloved!  He cometh!).

Psa 34:18  YHWH is near (‘qarav’ – near, allied with, at hand, a kinsman, neighbor) to the broken-hearted (‘shavar’ – burst, broken, crushed, torn; ‘lev’ - heart),and saves (‘yasha’ – a root of Yeshua’s name, meaning ‘to make open, wide and free, save, rescue, defend, deliver, make safe, preserve, avenge’)  those whose spirit (‘ruach’ – spirit, breath) is crushed (‘dakka’ – crushed like powder, contrite) (Beloved, there are such trials!  And He is coming to defend us… deliver us… open wide the prison gates… and set us FREE… Exodos!  Has your heart been ‘shavar’… broken, crushed and torn?  He is coming to natsal – verse 17 - and yasha – verse 18 - His Bride!).

Psa 34:19  Many are the evils (‘ra’ah’ – bad, evil, distress, harm, misery, grief) of the righteous (‘tsadiq’ – righteous, just, lawful), but YHWH delivers (‘natsal’ – snatched away, delivered, caused to escape) him out of them all (‘kol’ – the whole, all, any and every!).

Psa 34:20  He is guarding (‘shamar’ – hedges about, guards, protects, attends to) all his bones (‘etsem’ – bones, body, substance, self, Body); not one of them is broken (‘shavar’ - burst, broken, destroyed, or crushed) (How He fulfilled this verse when our Bridegroom hung on the Tree of Suffering and not one of His bones was broken.  And now He is bringing His righteous Bride protection in Himself, to also have no ‘bone of my bone’ broken or missing!).

Psa 34:21  Evil does slay (‘muth’ – cause to die, kill, slay) the wrong (‘rasha’ – morally wrong, actively bad, guilty, ungodly, wicked), and those who hate (‘sawnay’ – hate personally, enemy, foe) the righteous (‘tsadiq’ – righteous, just, lawful) are guilty (‘asham’ – guilty, punished, perish, desolate).

Psa 34:22  YHWH redeems (‘padah’ – ransom, release, preserve, rescue, deliver) the lives (‘nephesh’ – very life, breath, and being) of His servants (‘ebed’ – bondman and servant), and none (‘lo kol’ – not any, not one) of those taking refuge (‘chasah’ – flees to for protection, with complete confidence) in Him are guilty (‘asham’ – guilty, punished, perish, desolate).  HalleluYAH!  ‘IN HIM’!

“… The earnest prayer of a righteous one accomplishes much.”

Yacov/James 5:16

“For the rest, my brothers, be strong in the Master and in the mightiness of His strength.

Put on the complete armor of Elohim, for you to have power to stand against the schemes of the devil.

Because we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against authorities, against the world-rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual matters of wickedness in the heavenlies.

Because of this, take up the complete armor of Elohim, so that you have power to withstand in the wicked day, and having done all, to stand.

Stand, then, having girded your waist with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace; above all, having taken up the shield of belief with which you shall have power to quench all the burning arrows of the wicked one.

Take also the helmet of deliverance, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of Elohim, praying at all times, with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, watching in all perseverance and supplication for all the set-apart ones…”

Ephesians 6:10-18

“Take heed, watch and pray, for you do not know when the time is – as a man going abroad, having left his house and given authority to his servants, and to each his work, and commanded the doorkeeper to watch.

Watch therefore, for you do not know when the Master of the house is coming – in the evening or at midnight, or at the crowing of the cock, or in the morning, lest, coming suddenly, he should find you sleeping.

And what I say to you, I say to all:

‘Watch!’”
